Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix chuck, onion, bread crumbs, egg, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Spread evenly and press down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
