Caviar Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 jar caviar (lump fish; Romanoff)
    parsley
    lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Chop eggs very fine.
    Mix with mayonnaise.
    Spread on bottom of lightly greased spring-form pan.
    Spread onions (finely chopped) on top of eggs.
    Mix cream cheese with 2/3 cup of sour cream and spread over onions with a wet spatula.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 3 hours.
    Just before serving, spread caviar (drain liquid) over top.
    Remove spring circle (leave on bottom of pan).
    Use remaining sour cream to \"ice\" sides.
    Use parsley and thinly sliced lemon to decorate. Serve with rye cocktail rounds or rye or wheat crackers.
