Rose'S Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 small red apple, shredded
    1/4 onion (small)
    1/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. water
    1 link smoked sausage, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cabbage in large skillet.
    Put water, margarine and seasoning and let come to a boil.
    Add cabbage and diced sausage along with shredded apple and onion.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
