Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs. red potatoes
    4 eggs (hard boiled)
    Salt, pepper, onion powder, onion salt
    Real mayonnaise (low fat)
    4 american cheese slices (low fat)
    Paprika
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Place in pot and cover with water.
    Add about 1 tsp. salt to water.
    Bring to boil, cover, and simmer about 15 minutes until soft when stuck with a fork.
    Drain and let cool on cutting board.
    When cool, cut into 1/2 inch squares and place in large bowl.
    Add finely diced, cooled, hard-boiled eggs.
    Mix with fork.
    Sprinkle with all four seasonings and stir, then season lightly again and stir.
    Begin adding mayonnaise a large spoonful at a time until all potatoes are well coated. Spoon into serving bowl.
    Shred cheese slices over potato salad. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
