Ingredients

1 lb. dried apricots, ground
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 large orange, ground
sugar
Preparation

Soak apricots in water to barely cover overnight.
In the morning, add pineapple juice, ground orange and lemon juice. Measure cup for cup, fruit and sugar.
Boil slowly until thick. Put in sterile jars.
