Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 average yellow squash
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 block oleo
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil and mash squash.
    Saute chopped onion in butter.
    Mix well with squash.
    Beat eggs and mix with squash. Season and bake in a casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and pour the mushroom soup over squash.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake again for 20 minutes.
