Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen corn
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook frozen corn with a small amount of water, salt and butter.
Stir flour into milk and add to corn.
Add sugar, egg yolks and pepper.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Fold corn mixture into egg whites.
Blend well.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
