Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. carrots, grated
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. black walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. walnut extract
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth and well blended.
Pour into a greased tube pan with removable bottom. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Remove from oven and glaze white hot.
