Sausage-Egg Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    5 eggs
    6 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (can use Mozzarella)
Preparation
    Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs. Add milk and rest of ingredients. Cover. LET STAND OVERNIGHT. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 with foil over pan. Uncover and cook another 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
