Banana Split Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks margarine
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
5 small bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large Cool Whip
lemon juice
maraschino cherries
chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt one stick margarine; mix with crumbs and spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream 2 sticks margarine with powdered sugar. Add eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Spread over crumbs.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice bananas; sprinkle with lemon juice. Arrange bananas over creamed mixture.
Mix 1/2 of Cool Whip with drained pineapple.
Spread over bananas.
Cover with remainder of Cool Whip.
Garnish with maraschino cherries and chopped nuts.
