Squash And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small yellow squash
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil squash in salt water until tender and drain.
    Mash squash.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Combine well.
    Place in buttered casserole dish (large).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
