Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium size sweet potatoes
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Add other ingredients and pour in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
