Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Crisco
    potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put Crisco in skillet about 1/4-inch deep.
    Let it get really hot.
    Add potatoes, cut in large chunks, salt and pepper.
    Brown quickly.
    Pour off any excess grease.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 to 1/2 can water (depending on how many potatoes you use). Reduce heat to simmer; cover.
    Turn potatoes occasionally until they absorb all the soup and are crusty and done (about 30 to 35 minutes).
