Rice Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 cans chopped green chilies (I prefer just one (4 oz.) can)
    1/2 c. diced green or red pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Note:
    1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt may be used in place of sour cream and soup to bring the fat grams down.
