Happy Day Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or vegetable oil
1 c. milk
2 egg yellows
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix ingredients.
Grease two round 9 inch pans, or three round 8 inch pans, and flour pans. Bake until done.
