Chicken Pie(Makes 1 Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked with celery and onion and drained
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can chicken broth
    1 Pillsbury pie crust
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Drain.
    Reserve broth.
    Mix other ingredients together with chicken, broken into smaller pieces.
    Place in bottom of pie crust and cover with top crust.
    Cut several slits in top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Pie will be done when the crust has browned and bubbles through top slits in crust. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Freezes well.
    To bake, unthaw in refrigerator overnight.
