Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. crunched cheese crackers
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 4 to 5 minutes in boiling salted water; drain. Combine soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and eggs.
    Add drained broccoli and mix well.
    Cover with a layer of crushed cheese crackers.
    Bake in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole for about 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
