Healthy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
dash of oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. celery, finely sliced
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs, fine
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Brown beef in skillet over butter.
Stir frequently as meat browns.
Add oregano, salt and pepper.
Set on a cool burner.
