Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Put in freezer 1/2 hour and then roll into a ball, rolling in crushed walnuts and parsley.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Excellent.
    Do not omit horseradish.
