Broccoli-Tossed Salad(A Refreshing Way To Use Broccoli) - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 stalks broccoli (about 6 c.), cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
6 to 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender.
In a bowl mix together next four ingredients.
Pour dressing over broccoli mix and blend.
Before serving, top with sliced hard-cooked eggs.
