Sprout Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices stone ground whole wheat bread
    Miracle Whip salad dressing
    alfalfa sprouts
    2 slices American cheese
    sliced tomatoes
    a little salt (on tomatoes)
Preparation
    Toast whole wheat bread.
    Spread salad dressing on toast.
    Put on light layer of sprouts.
    Put thin sliced tomatoes on sprouts, enough to cover the whole slice of bread.
    Put cheese slice on top of tomatoes.
    Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
    Makes 2 open face sandwiches.
