Henry'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 peppers
    4 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, grated
    4 eggs
    1 qt. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. meat loaf seasoning
    1 pkg. crackers, crushed
    salt to taste
    dash of hot pepper
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut tops of peppers off; remove seeds from peppers.
    Wash and drain.
    Chop up the tops of the peppers to put with the other ingredients.
    Mix all the ingredients with 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce.
    Put this in peppers.
    Place in pan.
    Pour rest of the tomato sauce with equal amount of water over peppers.
    Cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
