Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    shredded cheese (optional)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    season with salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook cabbage and onion in just enough water to cook thoroughly.
    Season to taste; drain.
    Brown chuck and season; drain fat.
    Mix all ingredients with cheese.
    Sprinkle on top. Place in covered casserole dish and bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
