Twice Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    Seasoning salt
    pepper
    garlic powder, to taste
    Vegetable oil, for deep frying
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    2 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 jar bacon bits
Preparation
    Slice potatoes lengthwise, season with Seasoning salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Heat a pot with vegetable oil, fry potatoes until soft in the middle.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spread cheeses and bacon bits on each slice of potato.
    Cook until cheeses are melted.
