Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in the dry mixture.
Add the rest of the ingredients into the well. Stir, do not beat.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan or Bundt cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (the same kind you would use on a Carrot Cake).
