Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked pie shell
    1 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. small tapioca
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place raisins and water in saucepan.
    Cook for 20 minutes. Measure 2 cups of the juice of the raisins and water; add tapioca and sugar.
    Cook for 8 minutes until it begins to thicken. Gradually add egg yolks to the mixture.
    Continue cooking until thick.
    Stir in butter and lemon juice.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
