Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 to 3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Stir together white flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0; use candy thermometer).
    Add liquid all at once to flour-yeast mixture. Beat at medium speed of mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes.
    Add enough flour to form soft dough.
    Mix well (either by hand or use mixer).
    Let stand 12 to 15 minutes.
