Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
6 Tbsp. Crisco oil
2 eggs
2 c. enriched flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced apples
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Cream first 3 ingredients with mixer.
Cream remaining ingredients by hand.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for 30 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
