Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 clove garlic, (1 big or more small)
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 can (2 c.) tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. or 8 oz. lasagne noodles
    3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella or American cheese, grated or sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat; spoon off excess fat; add next 6 ingredients. Simmer until thick, 45 minutes to one hour, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain; rinse in cold water.
