Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pretzels, crushed
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 (10 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
Preparation
    Mix pretzels, 1/2 cup sugar and margarine.
    Spread in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip.
    Spread on top of pretzel layer.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add strawberries. Refrigerate until mixture is partially thickened.
    Spread on top of cheese layer and chill thoroughly before serving.
