Honey Dijon Turkey (Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. honey Dijon dressing
    1/4 c. water
    1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
    1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 lb. turkey cutlets, cut into thin strips *
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In shallow baking dish, combine honey Dijon dressing, water, garlic, ginger, red pepper and turkey.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours.
    In large skillet, bring turkey with marinade to a boil.
    Reduce heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until turkey is almost done.
    Stir in green onions and cook an additional minute or until the turkey is done.
    Serve over hot rice.
