Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sauerkraut, drained well
    2 Tbsp. Russian dressing
    6 oz. noodles, cooked
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. coffee cream
    2 Tbsp. Dijon
    6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. corned beef (thin strips)
Preparation
    Mix dressing and sauerkraut.
    Make sauce of butter, flour, cream and Dijon.
    Place noodles in casserole, then corned beef, 1/2 cheese sauce, sauerkraut and rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
