Communion Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted 100% whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/8 c. oil (6 Tbsp.)
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt again.
    Blend oil and cold water.
    Pour over flour and mix into soft ball.
    Knead a few minutes.
    Roll out thin.
    Mark off with a dull knife into 3/4-inch squares.
    Bake in moderate oven until golden brown.
