Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 big bags or 5 frozen boxes broccoli
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion or 1/2 regular onion
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or less (I like it very cheesy)
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli just until tender and drain.
    Mix all but 3/4 cup cheese and bread crumbs together.
    Add to drained broccoli. Place in a greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and the last 3/4 cup grated cheese.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Bake last 10 minutes, uncovered.
    (Can be made one day and baked the next.) Serves 10 to 12.
