Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    4 green peppers
    3 to 4 zucchini
    2 summer squash
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1 tablespoon of butter.
    Add peppers, zucchini and squash.
    Cook until half done.
    Add tomatoes and seasoning. Cook until desired tenderness.
