Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. shredded cheese
    bread crumbs (dried)
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes. Mix all together. Lightly oil or spray 13 x 9 pan. Spread mixture into pan. Sprinkle dried bread crumbs over top. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Salt and pepper to taste.
