Curry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs, boned and cut in cubes
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 (8 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. dried currants
Preparation
    Put flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag.
    Shake chicken in bag until coated.
    Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pot. Brown the chicken.
    Add more butter as you need it.
    Remove chicken; add onion, green pepper, garlic, curry powder and thyme. Cook five minutes.
    Add tomatoes with the liquid from the can. Add chicken; cook, covered, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add currants to the chicken and stir.
