Ham Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix together the first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
Slowly add the remaining ingredients.
Stir over low heat until thick.
(Make just before serving.)
Good over baked ham.
