Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mini marshmallows
1 large can pineapple tidbits, drain and save juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. unpeeled apples, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 c. cocktail peanuts
Preparation

Mix marshmallows and pineapple.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In saucepan, mix juice, sugar, egg, flour and vinegar. Boil until thick and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, combine the two mixtures and add apples, nuts and Cool Whip.
