Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 onions
    1/2 can tomato juice
    potatoes
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. each: salt, sugar and onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms
    6 to 12 carrots
    1 c. celery
    2 beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Put all together in roaster.
    Bake at 250\u00b0, covered, for 5 hours.
