Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. chopped ripe tomatoes, peeled
    2 c. onions
    2 c. sweet red and green peppers
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. whole cloves
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 garlic
Preparation
    Combine chopped vegetables, sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Tie spices in a bag.
    Cook until about 1/2 original amount.
    Pour in jar and seal.
