Ingredients

1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 chopped onions
4 lb. cubed beef
salt and pepper

Preparation

Combine ketchup, beer and brown sugar.
Pour over meat and onions in a casserole dish.
Bake 3 to 4 hours at 300\u00b0 or until tender.
