Egg And Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. milk
    6 cubed slices bread
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Brown and crumble sausage. Saute mushrooms. Beat eggs.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Make this the night before and refrigerate, if you like.
