Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cold water
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white slightly.
    Add water, beat until frothy but not stiff.
    Fold in pecans.
    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to pecans and mix well.
    Spread on buttered 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
