My Mom'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and butter together with spoon.
Add flour, corn meal, salt and eggs; mix well.
Add milk, lemon rind and juice. Pour into shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set and lightly browned.
