Alabama Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, sugar, flour and milk; mix and knead.
    Roll out and cut into biscuits.
    Place into pan and let rise, about 1 hour.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until done. Makes 16 to 20 biscuits.
