Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 sliced pared potatoes
    1 diced onion
    3 cheese slices
    1/4 stick butter
    flour
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste (if desired)
Preparation
    In a casserole, put a layer each of potatoes, onions and cheese.
    Salt and pepper if desired.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons flour.
    Cover with milk.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
