Steak And Noodle Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced steak
    1 onion, cut into wedges
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    12 oz. wide noodles, cooked and tossed in oleo
Preparation
    Cut steak into 2-inch strips.
    Brown steak, onion, pepper and garlic in Dutch oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add tomato sauce, water and sugar.
    Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0 until steak is tender.
    Put cooked, buttered noodles on a large platter and pour meat over the top.
