Pepper Steak With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 lb. round steak, trimmed
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix (1 c. size)
    2 medium bell peppers, cut in strips
    1 large onion, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut steak in strips.
    Brown quickly in oil.
    Drain on paper towel.
    In skillet, place gravy mix, adding extra cup of water. Place steak, peppers and onion in gravy mix; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Prepare rice as directed on package.
    Pour gravy and steak mix over rice.
