Pork Chops On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1 1/3 c. long grain rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat oil and brown chops on both sides. While chops are browning, combine remaining ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.
    Top with browned chops and cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour or until rice has absorbed all moisture.
